I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just across the road from the beach, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view over the pool area and Coogee Beach. The balcony was a nice bonus for enjoying the atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. However, the breakfast options could use some improvement, and the noise from construction nearby was a drawback.
The hotel had all the facilities one could want, with a lovely, very soothing atmosphere. The food was very nice with all the usual Crown Plaza amenities and hospitality. It was pretty quiet during my stay.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel for my birthday. The room with a king bed was comfortable, and they even gave me a free bottle of wine for my special day. The hotel is in a wonderful location, just across the road from Coogee Beach and near shops and cafes. The room had a big verandah but the view was only visible from the balcony. Despite initial issues during check-in, we eventually got a comfortable room after a long wait with unattended bags in the open area by the concierge desk.
